Philosophy lesson, learning more about the yoga sutras, the 8 limbs of yoga, and applying this lesson to your yoga practice.
Mentorship on pose alignment, space to ask questions about alignment of poses, and guidance throughout the practice.
Journal prompts to take time for self-reflection after the practice.
A deeper understanding of yoga, and connecting to your body, breath, and soul

Experience the Magic of Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing practice that comes from Japan and many other traditions and has been passed down from person to person. This is a practice of offering a light, calming touch, or placing the hands very close to the body to merely hover over different points on the body.
We all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing inside of our bodies. Ki (pronounced chi) is this energy, or for yogis, you may know it as prana. When we are full of stressful, negative energies, our life force energy cannot properly flow. The practice of Reiki can help recharge that energy. Healing starts within, and it starts with the self.
Some describe Reiki as calming, stress reducing, a weird tingling feeling, whatever you want to call it, it is simply pure love. Reiki helps one heal with their whole body, not just the physical, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies too. Reiki does’t belong to any religion or belief system. In fact, you don’t have to believe in it for it to work. It is an energy that you must experience to fully understand.
