15 min prenatal yoga practice

This 15 min practice is for all trimesters of pregnancy. Those who are newly pregnant to those who may have recently given birth. This class moves at a slower pace, is very gentle, and is designed for someone who may be newer to practicing yoga. No props are needed for this class.
